Abstract
This paper reviews trends in services, market and technology for IP telephony, which is growing in the international and domestic market. Also enterprise network apparatus are being replaced by IP based apparatus, which enables the integration of Internet and PBX. It also describes technical and regulatory issues for further penetration of IP telephony.
