  • Abstract
Based on the analysis of shipbuilding plan points, and work quantity, working time parameters extraction method, put forward the DELMIA for tool to ship construction plan of simulation system constructing method, in order to DPE definition manufacturing process and resources needed, and with DELMIA QUEST for real shipyard in physical space of simulation modeling, will study hours, work amount parameter form manufacturing plan and import shipyard in physical space simulation model, the visual simulation of operation, the analysis to ship construction plan and occupancy resources, the venue and the rationality of the required time. Thus can improve shipyard venue, equipment utilization effective scheme, form a reasonable shipyard to ship construction plan.
