  • Abstract
    This paper illustrates applications of GIS in the phases of Preparation and Response, proposes methods to design the emergency logistics GIS system and discusses the main problems during system design and the key technologies to solve these problems - the techniques of correlating space data with attribute data as well as the MapX technique based on module, so as to provide new ways for further systematic realization.
