Ontology-based search engines, supplying semantic search, provide one solution to meet the semantically rich requirements demanded by users. To organize the semantic concepts & action is the basement to set up the semantic search. To reason semantic concepts & action between inquiry and existing Web pages is the key to facilitate semantic searches.
