Abstract
An exponentially weighted probabilistic data association filter is presented as a method for tracking maneuvering targets in cluttered environments. The algorithm exhibits the capability to track targets that are rapidly maneuvering in low-to-medium clutter densities. Simulation results have shown good tracking performance for target maneuvers on the order of 10 g and false alarm rates between 0 and 0.5
