            Abstract : 
The article considers the research of the passage of the harmonic signals at different frequencies for probing nano-objects to determine the dependence of the frequency range of the probing signal and the range of applicability of the multi-frequency phase method of measuring of the distances at the determination of the size of nano-objects.
