Abstract :
Based on the urgent needs of some domestic manufacturers of vehicle motor, this paper studies the generating mechanism of types of faults of wiper DC motors. A new method that extracting the speed signal from the cepstrum of vibration signal is proposed. It is compared that the advantages and disadvantages of the two time-frequency analysis -- short-time Fourier analysis and wavelet analysis in the diagnosis of bearing fault and worm wheel and worm fault. On this basis, the diagnostic parameters of faults are extracted, which applies to fault diagnosis successfully.
