Abstract :
Joint space-time (ST) coding and constellation rotation is considered in the presence of imperfect channel state information. The combined system, with two transmit antennas, is shown to be more resistant to channel estimation errors than ST coding alone. Experiments involving several cases of channel estimation errors verify the related theory reported in the literature.
