            Abstract : 
Nowadays, quality of service (QoS) becomes more and more important for service selection. At the same time, the exception handling functionality of the composed Web service is also very important for it can ensure the successful of the composed Web services. But there are few works focus on the QoS criteria and the exception handling capability of the composed Web services together. This paper aggregates those two properties together by extending the traditional QoS criteria, which not only can ensure the quality of the Web services selected, but also ensure the exception handling capability of the composed Web services.
