Message from technical program co-chairs

Welcome to the proceedings of ISWC 2010, the fourteenth International Symposium on Wearable Computers. To serve as chairs in this academic conference series, which started in 1997 and has ever since been the premier venue for the presentation and appraisalof the latest wearable computing advanced research, was a great honor for us. The conference attracts submissions of high quality from leading labs all over the world, from researchers across a large variety of disciplines. We thank everyone who submitted their work to ISWC, as well as the Program Committee and the many external reviewers who went through a tremendous effort in writing feedback and guidance so that this final program could be created.
