Abstract :
Insulators will be in operation process when insulation performance drop coincided with a surface discharge, the operation state detection by UV camera can found fault insulator effectively, which be a timely maintenance and low breakdown. Combined with DCUHV engineering technology national engineering laboratory (Kunming) site demand design, we develop a set of ultraviolet data management system use Delphi and SQLServer2000, and take modular develop thought. Establish basic information management, image processing, ultraviolet broadcast and statement such as production function modules, using mathematical morphology to get the discharge parameters. Through the water spray classification method to choice the normal, good, micro hole, degradation and serious aging 5 kinds of insulation of the same kind of insulator state, extracting the "spot diameter" and"flare area", through the MATLAB digital simulation to get the two parameters with insulating the change of state trend.
