Abstract :
Application of the reassignment method to time-frequency analysis of multidimensional signals is considered. Basic properties of reassigned multidimensional distributions are presented. Generally, multidimensional reassignment distributions are numerically very complex. The multidimensional S-method based reassignment distribution, resulting in a quite simple realization scheme, is proposed
