Abstract :
The function, status of art and development trend of the existing CFG continuous flight auger was introduced briefly. With regard to the problems of hard to achieving speed rating and the poor ability to adapt the formation conditions of existing motor-driving power head, a drive scheme of hydraulic power head has been presented, and an automatic torque control system for a hydraulic-driving power head has been developed. On the basis, the automatic torque control system of the power head has been modeled using Simulink/Simscape, and the automatic torque control system has been validated with simulation results.
