Abstract :
In order to separate the target particles from other background grain noise and other needless particles, flat performance, rectangle performance and other digital measurement parameters of the particle region are calculated. However, the smallest outer-rectangle in the appoint region is one of the most necessary middle parameters, the traditional symmetry matrix QR algorithm fail to dispose the smallest outer-rectangle in the appoint region. In this paper, the main vector transform method is introduced in the digital measurement and the feature extraction of the particle target region in the binary image, and the main process was deduced in the algorithm. Experimental results confirm that this method is fit in the computer recognition and digital measurement.
