Abstract :
We consider the dynamical model based a diffusive predator-prey system model has been study with type-I functional response. With aid of standard operator theory, we considered the local asymptotical stability of the constant positive equilibrium solution, from which much information was said on the life cycle of the large time dynamical behavior of the two companies in the market.
