Abstract
Dedicated, high-throughput architectures are required by many applications in electronic measurement for real-time environments. Hardware performances must be balanced by fast, flexible, optimizing and easy software programing to allow implementation of different algorithms and adaptability to the application environment. The design and the implementation of an advanced measurement system based upon a multiprocessor architecture are presented. Particular attention is given to the programming environment
