Abstract :
The authors´ (Monahemi, Barlow, and O´Leary, 1991) previous work concerned with obtaining precise loop transfer recovery using a reduced-order Luenberger observer is extended. They show that for a nonsquare system in which the number of sensors exceeds the number of actuators, precise loop transfer recovery will exist when the system does not possess transmission zeros
