            Abstract : 
Faced to the vast amounts of data, how to achieve fast and efficient query of moving objects in a given space and time frame, is the problem urgent to be solved to achieve location-based services, intelligent transportation, digital warfare, and many other applications. In this paper a LBS system which can achieve real-time location-based service query is designed, and the prototype system structure and functional analysis of the system also are given. The system can support the traditional location-based services, and has predicted functions of mobile terminal location, as well as the region query functions.
