Abstract :
Future propagation planning will rely heavily on the exact specification of building parameters. However, building parameters which have a significant effect on propagation have not currently been identified. Therefore a program to measure the type of reflections from building walls has been undertaken. Several wall structures have been measured in order to determine the specular reflection and scattering which may occur. The aim is to identify the significance of the construction and materials used to build the walls. The paper describes the method used to perform the measurements and presents the results
