Abstract :
In this paper, the laser braze welding process of cylinder shell is simulated by MARC. The moving of the laser spot is simulated by subroutines. Variety process of temperature and stress with time and space during welding process is analyzed, and the temperature and stress distributing are given. The effect of the two kinds of the heat source model on welding temperature is analysed. And the difference between the three dimensional modeling and axially symmetric modeling is discussed.
