Abstract :
Multi wire sawing is one most advanced silicon slicing method. The virtual prototyping motion pattern of key part of machine rollers transmission in process area was analyzed by dynamic simulation software ADAMS. The whole motion consists of repeated cycles, so take one revolution cycle for example. State parameters in movement were obtained in form of monitoring data and simulation curve, which were analyzed and improved. The result is important to ascertain dynamic characteristics of multi wire saw in the different conditions, and offers basis for in design to improve machine performance for the future.
