Abstract :
Load frequency control (LFC) is one of the significant areas in power system operation and control. Power system involves many components and these components undergo dynamic behavior when introduced into practical applications. In this paper the dynamic analysis and stability of load frequency control is studied for a single area isolated power system with a single machine and multi machine under various parameter changes. This paper investigates the effect of various parameter changes on system frequency. Simulations are carried out in MATLAB/SIMULINK.
