Abstract :
Summary form only given. The main problem of non-ideal plasma physical kinetics is calculation of it´s transport coefficients, and above all it´s electrical conductivity which is the most important kinetic and electrophysical plasma characteristic. Accurate gaskinetic calculations of the non-ideal plasma electrical conductivity can be carried out on the basis of the kinetic equation method. The main difficulty which occurs in the calculation of the electron transport coefficients is connected with the complexity of the electron-electron collision integral calculation. In most of the gases the Spitzer´s factor, which is the ratio of the completely ionized plasma electrical conductivity determined both with electron-electron collision consideration and without it, is supposed to have a constant value. It is shown in this paper that the ion charge keeps its constant value only for some special types of the Coulomb logarithm approximation. In other cases Spitzer factor is a function of the plasma non-ideality parameter /spl Gamma/. As it has been determined, the increasing of /spl Gamma/ leads to aiming of the electron-electron collision contribution at nothing under the most of the chosen types of the scatter cross-section value calculation with taking account (this or another) method for the cross-section limiting according to the aiming parameter.
