  • Abstract
Centered on a public information system, a kind of architecture of centralized control center is proposed. The proposed architecture consists of real-time running support bus, quasi real-time bus and service bus responsible for management business of centralized control center. Based on the optimization of information flow and business flow and the unification of graphics and models, the information sharing and functional upgrading of automation business subsystems in centralized control center can be implemented. Therefore, the disadvantages of information isolated island formed by separately construction of major based systems can be eliminated. Based on the public basic supporting services, the seamless integration of various business subsystems can be implemented, such as supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, relay protection and fault information management system, fault location system for transmission line, etc. As the key point of implementation of the proposed architecture, the optimization of information sharing and the amalgamation and association among the models of primary and secondary electricity equipments are investigated and discussed in detail. Based on the consistency in information sharing, the constructed centralize control center according to the proposed architecture can get a full view of operation, maintenance, overhaul and management of 500kV transmission and distribution equipments, which is required by operation units, and implement the maintenance at one site and plug and play of each subsystem required by staff of specialty of automation. The application of the research results in engineering practice achieves ideal effect.
