Abstract
The paper addresses the robust stabilization problem for nonlinear systems with time delay. A novel control scheme is proposed based on fuzzy performance evaluator (FPE). Sufficient conditions for existence of fuzzy state feedback gain and distribution attenuation gain are derived through finding the feasible solutions of some linear matrix inequalities (LMIs).
