Abstract :
Both lead-Free piezoelectric material (K0.5Na0.5) NbO3 and Lead Zirconte-Titanate (PZT) were deposited by electrophoretic process to fabricate thick films. KNN solution was prepared from ground, calcined, and sintered powders, and PZT solution was produced from ground commercial powders. In order to achieve the optimal conditions of thick films, the process parameters such as the ratio of chemical additives and alchohol, DC bias and time, etc. were systematically investigated.
