Abstract :
The article is taken from the research of real-time detection of Plastic Calendar roll-gap by the three-point and the minimum distance two ways which based on CCD image measurement technology. It has been found that the minimum distance measurement method meets the accuracy of 5um after experiencing on analysis, calculation and verification of measurement errors arising from the two methods.
