Abstract
In this paper the system for 3rd order intercept point measurements of RF amplifiers and mixers is presented. "The fragmentary method" which bases on narrow band measurements of fundamentals and 3rd order products is described. The decreasing of the measurement time and the spectrum analyzer dynamic range improvement method was presented.
