  • Abstract
    A new modulation scheme called multi-coded biorthogonal pulse position modulation (MC-BPPM) is proposed in order to improve data rate, keeping processing gain in reception and power efficiency for an ultra-wideband (UWB) communication system. In addition, we provide the level cutting scheme to boost up the data rate of the proposed scheme.
