Abstract :
One of the advantages of OFDM is the flexibility concerning modulation and multiple access techniques. In this paper, different multiple access schemes for the downlink of OFDM system are compared. Adaptive subcarrier allocation and adaptive modulation being applied to the OFDM-FDMA and OFDM-TDMA, respectively, are considered.
