Abstract :
We would like in this paper to solve the problem of strategic information appropriation, particularly for geographi c data. Our approach is validated by a geo-intelligence application oriented towards geographic reporting. The work carried out consists in the addition of a geographic information system to a datawarehouse to permit on one hand, to constitute a genuine geographic referential and on the other, to restitute information in a cartographic form. We have chosen a method of resolution in layers passing by a modeling of the hybrid referential (half way between the classic dimensional modeling and the relational modeling) and using a semantic web approach to satisfy to the needs of a qualified cartographic semantic and permitting to browse through business indicators according to the understanding they convey.
