Abstract :
This paper proposed an ultra-miniature planar meander antenna which integrates a magneto-dielectric material as superstrate. The proposed antenna, of size λ/40, exhibits good radiation efficiency and gain in spite of the high loss tangents of the superstrates used. The antenna has an omnidirectional radiation pattern and is suitable for DVB-T applications in the UHF frequency band.
