Abstract
A natural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast based on the pulp of a fruit "Euterpe Oleracea", popularly known as Acai, was investigated. T1 and T2 contrasted images shown the effects of the contrast agent increasing the ability to visualize the contour of segments of the gastrointestinal tract
