Abstract :
During the past few years, new matrix semiconductor photoconverters were introduced. These are the so called super CCD matrices that exceed conventional CCD matrices in some major parameters. Traditional and new matrix photoconverters have been considered in this paper; however, more attention has been given to the new ones.
