Abstract :
The results of experimental and theoretical optimization of LIA-10 pulsed linear induction accelerator construction for maximizing of relativistic electron beam (REB) parameters and the bremsstrahlung output are presented. The basic idea of this work consisted of using the operation mode of stored energy transport along the vacuum coaxial line with tapered inner electrode instead the original operation mode of successive REB acceleration by pulsed electric fields induced by independent accelerating modules
