Abstract :
A channel-routing method for building block layout is presented. It is aimed at solving the problem of shifting blocks that result in the change of the channel graph, causing the routing to fail. Given a channel graph, if there is no cyclic channel constraint in it, the method can complete the routing process according to the original channel graph however the blocks may shift. The method has been implemented in the authors´ layout system, and an example is given
