  • Abstract
Proton precession magnetometer is a high precision equipment which is used a variety of the complex applications measured magnetic field. The proton precession magnetometer consists of probe coil, containing water as the proton precession material, the polarization and receiving circuit which is controlled by the microprocessor. This paper mainly describes the analysis of the polarization circuit, especially the attenuation time. The attenuation time directly influences the proton precession axis. Hence, the polarization circuit determined the quality of received signal. Through the schematic diagram and theoretical derivation, we analyze the difference of the coil current between the linear attnuation and unlinear attenuation. In addition, the actual measurement and theoretical analysis are identical with each other.
