Abstract :
Aircraft recording device is aimed at investigating the accident factor and preventing the accident due to the pilot´s bad habit, poor maintenance and so on. This paper describes the algorithm concerning the data recording & decoding of QAR (quick access recorder) which is the target of FOQA (flight operation quality assurance), and also illustrates the overall process of data conversion, design, development and verification. It can be helpful reference to comply with the data recording equipment for world wide use
