Abstract :
In this work the calculation of derivative of Whittaker potential upsi with respect to tau was performed in the framework of linear current model. Results of computation have shown similarity of the form of the superluminal running current pulse on one hand and the derivative of Whittaker potential partupsi/parttau on the other in far region at Cherenkov angle.
