Abstract
Energy potential and conditions of Kazakhstan in the sense of power generation and distribution are briefly presented. An approach to mathematical modeling of the power systems with renewable energy sources in conditions of Kazakhstan is proposed. The representation of power systems with different types of power sources in the form of differential equations and state-space are given. Design of control on the base of the method of additional equilibria is proposed for stabilization of output voltage from renewable power sources taken as an example. Results of simulation reveal some benefits of the proposed control method.
