Abstract :
With the constant updates of the drilling equipments, the traditional portable drilling simulator also need to be improved and updated timely to meet the skill training requirements of the drilling site operators and the technicians. On the basis of the existing portable simulator, this subject has updated the console, the hardware controller and the software system, also has complete the design of the portable drilling simulator which is smaller in volume and easy to be carried and used based on PLC. After promoting the uses in the oilfields, this simulator is proved to be functional, advanced in technology and have a broad development prospect.
