Abstract :
The electrically-controlled optical phase shifter (ECO-PS) is proposed and experimentally investigated for broadband radio orbital angular momentum mode generation. ECO-PS can offer the same advantages as optical true time delay schemes while avoids their phase-frequency dependence.
