Abstract :
This paper presents a microstrip coupled line coupler structure for wireless power transmission (WPT) at 30 MHz. It uses a coupled line coupler made of CRLH (Composite Right-Left Handed) line and RH (Right Handed) line placed vertically. The WPT efficiency (or coupling coefficient) of a CRLH coupler with 3 unit cells is about 22.43% for a vertical spacing of 10mm. The coupling coefficient of CRLH coupler has been analyzed by changes in vertical spacing and horizontal offset between the lines. Besides, we have designed a case of multiple loads with three couplers. These three couplers may be three moving objects receiving electric powers from a main line.
