Abstract :
In this paper, we investigate the integration of a solar energy receiver into a standard gas-turbine power plant. Due to the random characteristics of the solar energy production, such integrated plant leads to peculiar control problems requiring specific configurations. We present the plant model and we discuss the main control issues.
