Agile project management in product design

Our article is related to improvement of product design project management by using some knowledge transferred from the branch of software project management. Alongside, we make a mention of using of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and KM (Knowledge Management) tools. Our aim is clearly and logically to define particular phases of project management process in the frame of the whole product life cycle. The result of our work is detailed referential description of and user guides for product design project management process based on agile project management paradigm. The results of our endeavour we apply in university courses in product design project management taught by our department of e-Technology of Czech Technical University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Prague.
