Abstract :
This research is aimed at developing a support system of PC user for finding icons in window system. It is necessary to estimate the user´s recognition on the structure of folders to support for finding the target icon. We propose a method to estimate the user´s recognition from a sequence of user´s operations of the window system. Prototyping support system for finding icons based on the estimation method has been developed
