Abstract :
The paper provides an inventory model, by allowing defective items and completely shortage backordering and investigates the features of the inventory model by modeling the defective percentage as the crisp number, the random variable and the fuzzy number, respectively. The optimization algorithms are developed and the optimum solutions in three modelling cases are given respectively. Finally, the numerical examples are illustrated the features of the model and quantitative comparisons are performed.
