  • Abstract
    We investigated the waveforms of a pico-second pulse signal propagating through a coplanar waveguide fabricated on an InP substrate. Although the pulse profile was asymmetrically modified and the bandwidth was degraded as the pulse propagated, higher frequency Fourier components remained considerably. This demonstrates the waveguide integrated UTC-PD´s potential as a THz-TDS device operating at 1.55 ¿m.
