  • Abstract
    The traditional official business work mainly relies on manual operation. After summarizing the development of the office automation system, Firstly, we combine official business processing with distributed development model, and then propose the system design on the basis of J2EE framework. The system can reduce the work intensity with the help of the network and computer technology as well as the related information resources. Then the timely information exchange can be guaranteed. So the resource of the company can be integrated and the work efficiency can be improved.
