Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Based on the geotechnical characteristics of the project and the basic elements of project management, this page created some problems, discussed the management measures of geotechnical engineering comprehensively, pointed out the bodies, environment, schedule, quality, safety, cost and other geotechnical construction project are the critical control factors to determine implementation of geotechnical construction projects successfully. Finally, it proposed several measures to solve the problems.
